Return Process

  Log into your account portal or use our order lookup tool to select the home items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Bernstein protective wrapping and boxes to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture or decor, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
